TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS:

 

• If cancellation is done 5 or more days before arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 4 days to 2 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 1 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

• Standard check-in time is 14:00 noon (IST) & check-out prior to 11:00 AM (IST), unless stated otherwise.
• In unavoidable circumstances of cancellation/modifications of booking, and Essentia not being informed in a written and timely manner then cancellation charges would be applicable as per the cancellation policy.
• Kindly note that children aged 5 years and below will be considered as infants and will not be charged. Children aged between 6 years and 11 years will be charged extra as per policy. Children aged 12 years and older are categorised as adults and charged accordingly. Please make a correct entry for the number of adults in the format box.
